Telephone (IVR) Self Service

Step 1: Dial 03-9543 8100 and select your preferred language

Step 2: Key in your 12-digit Astro smartcard number, followed by the # key.

Please Note:

To obtain your 12-digit Astro smartcard number, you may either:

1. Select: Home > Settings > STB diagnostics using your remote control. The 12-digit smartcard number will be shown at the top of the list.

2. Access CH200 on your TV

3. Log on to the Online Self Service

Step 1: Send Hi to the NJOI Prepaid WhatsApp number at 03-9543 8100

Step 2: Key-in 1 for Credit balance & Top Up

You will find your credit balance and credit expiry in the reply.

Step 1: Login MyNJOI app using 12 digit Smartcard number

Step2: Press "+" icon on top right corner

Step3: Press "i" icon on top right corner

You can get NJOI Prepaid vouchers in RM10, RM20 and RM30 denominations.

NJOI Prepaid Credit also can be purchased via:

- my NJOI app

- Selected online banking merchants

- e-Pay kiosks

- Authorised NJOI Prepaid dealers

NJOI Credit will have an expiry date of 90 days from the day of your last top-up. Upon expiry, your expired credit will no longer be available for use. Performing a top up before the expiry date of your credit will renew the expiry date of the total credit amount in your prepaid account. It will override the previous expiry date and give another 90 days of validity from the day of credit top up.

Note: The expiry date will be shown on the prepaid voucher. Customers need to check and activate the 16-digit-code before the expiry date.

No. NJOI credit has a validity of 90 days only, hence it would not be able to auto renew for long term pass. However, it’s applicable for other duration as per below:
• 1 day
• 3 days
• 30 days

You may return the voucher immediately to the respective Astro/NJOI Prepaid authorized dealer for a replacement.
Alternatively, you can contact us at 03 9543 8100 and provide your account and voucher details. If your voucher is confirmed to be damaged, your account will be topped up free of charge.

Topping up before the expiry date of your prepaid balance will renew the validity of the total credit amount in your prepaid account. It will override the previous date, giving your account another 90 days of validity from the day you topped up.

You won't be able to top up once the voucher has expired. You can easily purchase a new prepaid voucher at any of our authorised outlets.

Note: The expiry date will be shown on the NJOI Prepaid voucher. NJOI Prepaid customers are advised to check and activate their 16-digit pin before the expiry date.

Yes, you may do so. The credit will be added to the existing balance in your account.

No, the credit balance within your account cannot be shared or transferred to other account holders.

We are unable to provide replacements for lost or stolen NJOI Prepaid vouchers. To reduce the risk of lost vouchers, we recommend that you reload your account immediately after purchase.
