Yes, you can request e-invoicing for your recent transaction record if you obtain approval before the last date of the allowable period for the month: 5 days after the end date of the month date.
Scenario A:Transaction Date: 10 Apr 2024
Month Start/End Period: 01 Apr – 30 Apr 2024
Timeframe requesting e-invoice: 01 Apr – 5 May 2024 (<=5 days after the end invoice period)
Request Outcome: You will be getting e-invoice for the recent transaction dated 10 Apr 2024
You can get your TIN from the MyTax Portal or visit the nearest IRBM branch.
Yes, this is a one-time approval. You do not need to submit your application again.
Once you have submitted your request, it will be processed, and you can receive the application results through My NJOI app. Some applications may take longer to process due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly advise you to provide your TIN number to facilitate the e-invoice issuance process.
Yes, you can check the status of your application through the My NJOI app.
If you wish to stop receiving e-invoices, you can opt out of e-invoicing at any time through the My NJOI app.
