NJOI Prepaid provides the option to access prepaid pack / ala carte channel depending on your viewing and budgetary needs. Starting 3rd August 2022, all NJOI customers will need to purchase the HD Pack/Bundles (Sports Mega Pack Baharu, Kids Pack Baharu, Pek Popcorn, Pek Kombolicious Baharu) before adding on prepaid packs or ala carte channel.
With NJOI Prepaid, customers can enjoy subscription-free satellite TV which provides prepaid services at an affordable price with no recurring subscription fees or contractual obligations.
On the other hand, Astro is a subscription-based satellite TV that provides the latest premium services including PVR, on-demand content as well as Astro Go.

Note: Starting 31 December 2023 at 11.59pm, NJOI customers will no longer be able to make prepaid purchases or top-ups using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) or “Pay with Maxis”.

You can find your smartcard number right on the TV screen when you go to Channel 200
The NJOI Prepaid decoder and outdoor satellite dish are owned by the customer. If you would like to close your account, you do not need to return the equipment.
SMS notifications are sent to customers to ensure you are up-to-date on all the latest NJOI Prepaid promotions. We never give out customer information to 3rd party entities for marketing purposes of any kind.

Customers can access the self-help service 24 hours a day for the following:
1. Check prepaid balance
2. Activate prepaid cards
3. Refresh Smartcards (if they are Active Accounts but TV displays ‚"This channel is not included in your subscription" or "we apologise for the service interruption")
NJOI Prepaid Channel 200 is a self-service portal that you can access on your TV. You can use it to get account information such as smartcard number.
The NJOI Prepaid WhatsApp number is 03-9543 8100.

CH200 is an actual channel on NJOI Prepaid. Just go to Channel '200' while the decoder is switched on.
As part of Astro's CSR initiative, Astro will provide FREE NJOI Prepaid services to the poor from the e-kasih database under the Implementation & Coordination Unit (ICU) of the Prime Minister's Office.
The recipients are those registered with e-Kasih database managed by the Implementation & Coordination Unit (ICU) of the Prime Minister's Office. The criteria are determined by ICU and fulfilment is at the discretion of Astro.
Just go to the nearest Customer Service Centre for a new smartcard. RM50 will be charged for the replacement.
