The new Astro First (channel 480) serves as the one-stop, ultimate home cinema offering the biggest and latest local and international blockbuster films where you can:-

• Enjoy value for money viewing for local and international movies from only RM15* per movie (*excluding tax).

• Watch each movie for up to 12 different times over 48 hours* at your convenience (*unless stated otherwise).

• Watch local/regional movies or international movies from Hollywood studios as recent as 2 weeks or 3 months respectively from Malaysia’s cinematic release, in addition to exclusive titles only available on Astro First.

There are several ways for you to purchase channels and packs on NJOI Prepaid.

Authorized dealers

Go to an authorized dealer and request to buy any pack you desire

Your purchased channel or pack should b viewable within 5 minutes of receiving confirmation.

The validity period of the pack purchased will be accumulated accordingly if it is of the same pack. For example, if you make a purchase of Family Pack 3 days and Family Pack 30 days, the duration will be stacked up and your validity period will be 33 days.

However, the extension does not apply to two different packs. For example, if you make a purchase of Family Pack 3 days and Kids Explorer Pack 30 days, the duration will not be stacked up.

It may take up to 30 minutes before you can start enjoying the purchased channel(s) / pack(s).

If you have waited at least 5 minutes after purchasing the content and you are still unable to view the content, please refer to our technical support page.

Purchased packs is automatically processed and your prepaid balance will be deducted instantly. The transaction(s) cannot be reversed.

Please refer to the notification received for the next course of action, or contact your credit/debit card issuing bank for clarification.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation message that the transaction was successful for purchases made through any purchasing platform.

Apart from the standard charges you pay to your telco (if you purchased via SMS), there are no extra charges.

Your movie will be available for viewing within 5 minutes of receiving the confirmation message.

Each movie is valid for 48-hours from the time of order unless stated otherwise. Please note that there will be no refund if you do not watch the movie within the 48-hour timeframe.

You may begin watching the movie within 15 minutes after receiving the confirmation.

Yes, you may do so. If you purchase the same pack, the start date for the viewing period will continue from the end date of your previous purchased for that particular channel. In other words, you will not lose any viewing time.

In line with the Government's announcement, the service tax (SST) has been increased from 6% to 8% from 1 March 2024.

With this, NJOI prepaid services will be subject to a service tax (SST) of 8% when purchasing packs.
